Issues with using.pnach file for SMT Nocturne (PCSX2) Hi, I made another post about this in r/pcsx2, but I'd thought I'd ask people here too. I found a cheat for SMT Nocturne on PCSX2 that allows me to keep Demi-fiend's jacket after the conception here. PNACH file: PCSX2 External Patch. Read here what the PNACH file is, and what application you need to open or convert it. Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016. Place your pnach file in either PCSX2's /cheats/ or /cheatsws/ folder. Exit PCSX2 completely. You shouldn't have any PCSX2 windows open at all. Launch PCSX2, enable cheats or widescreen patches (depending on where you placed your pnach file), then fast boot your game.
